◎ИLƴ on YOUTUBE: Isn't Europe a Country?

I was searching for something to do with American geography when I came across this video, lol.
Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader? is a television game show format based on posing grade-school level questions to adults, hosted by Jeff Foxworthy and, originally, was well-known in the United States and southern Canada, then eventually in several other parts of the world.
The question asked: “Budapest is the capital of what European country?”
Ok, some may not know the answer to that question but at least say so and don't make yourself look like a total re-tard!
I could barely watch it..

◎ИLƴ on YOUTUBE: OMG! Another Face Captured in the Clouds, CANADA
It usually takes a little bit of Hollywood magic to convincingly make a cloud look like a person's face, but a man in New Brunswick, Canada might have seen the real thing.
In the video, shot by YouTube user "denisfarmer" and posted on accuweather.com, the clouds are moving fast, which is actually pretty typical for a big storm front like this one. As they do, a man's profile seems to emerge, and even resembles Abraham Lincoln at one point.
But we probably wouldn't recognize faces in the the clouds at all if not for a neat brain trick called pareidolia, the technical term for the common human tendency to seek out and find familiar patterns in random objects. It's why a camera artifact might look like a base station on Mars, or ice floes that look like crashed UFOs to some folks. But humans are especially geared toward seeing faces, which partly explains why people have reported seeing the face of Gandhi on Mars, as well as the iconic "Face on Mars."
I don't know about you guys, but I thought I saw a face of a pig in there also, lol.

◎ИLƴ on YOUTUBE: Only In Russia... Japan... India... Belgium... Brazil
Кран, который пьет воду (Crane, who drinks water)
Only In Russia can you find a crane, faucet, tap (call it whatever you want) that sucks your water instead of gives you water!
Jackie Chan Trains a Fish
And you thought your dog or cat was special cause it can do
tricks.... p-lease. Anyone can train a dog or cat to do tricks... but if your FISH can do tricks, like this one in Japan... now we're talking special!
Rajnikanth at Chennai Silks Sarees
They say everyone has a little Rajnikanth (a famous South Indian film actor and media icon) in them. So check out this 'bag boy' in Chennai, India as he puts the rest of you bag boys to shame!
Meanwhile in Belgium...
No, it's not the Belgian Army... these geese were part of a fair in Diest, a small town near Brussels in Belgium. You gotta love those Belgians, only in Belgium!
Fumaça Waterfall in Chapada Diamantina, Brazil
Ok, everyone is basically shittin' themselves watching this video 'cause the cliff near this waterfall in Brazil is famous for not only being high (380m - over 1000 ft.), but also very windy. So the guy standing near the cliff is either one of 2 things - brain dead or has balls of steel.... and he doesn't look brain dead to me.
By the way...
In the film Dhoom 2 (a Bollywood action film), there is a scene at the waterfall where Sunehri (Aishwarya Rai) is dared to jump off without any support mechanism in order to gain Aryan's (Hrithik Roshan) trust. She does so only to have him leap behind her with a bungee cord.
Meanwhile in France....
Check out this street dancer in Paris. I think he's human, lol... and you thought you got the moves when it comes to dancing..
Maeklong Train Market, Thailand
And you thought you lived or worked too close to the train tracks. Well the Maeklong Train Market (ตลาดแม่กลอง) in Thailand is without a doubt, the closest in the WORLD. Folks, when I say close... I mean CLOSE! A train passing through 4 times a day, avoiding collision by mere inches ...

◎ИLƴ on YOUTUBE: Near Misses!
I was searching for a video documentary about 'captains of ships' on youtube when I came across this video! The 'captain' of this yacht almost collided with a boat but was skillful enough to miss it by mere inches!
Check it out!
So I got curious and started thinking... Are there are other 'near misses' videos on youtube? Folks, just check 'em out. As always, all videos I add are usually 2 mins. or less
Security cameras captured another lucky escape in Russia. A last moment jump saved a pedestrian's life as he was almost hit by an out of control car. In October a bus rampaged through the Russian city of Perm smashing everything in its path. As CCTV footage showed, one passer-by also escaped death under its wheels thanks only to miracle.
This one happened in Spain. A guy fell off the platform at Madrid's Puerta del Angel station. It looked like he was a goner, you know, doomed, until a brave man (who turned out to be an off-duty policeman) drags him off the tracks seconds before the train arrives, and fortunately saves his life!!
This one is also in Russia. A young woman emerged unscathed when two cars swerved onto the pavement she was walking along. A mini-van driving full-speed hit a Lada on a crossroads. After colliding, both cars turned around and smashed into the nearby building. The woman heard the sound of collision and rushed back just in time to avoid the horrific blow: she literally jumped from under the wheels.
This one needs no explanation, the title says it all -
This is the Luckiest Idiot in the World.
This one was in Beijing, China where a bike rider, or more appropriately, a rickshaw rider narrowly escapes being hit.
And the ultimate near miss (or should I say 'misses') of all time? The George Bush shoe-dodging incident on his farewell visit to Iraq.
Zaidi, a reporter with the Al-Baghdadia channel which broadcasts from Cairo, was immediately wrestled to the ground by security guards and frogmarched from the room.
Soles of shoes are considered the ultimate insult in Arab culture. After Saddam Hussein's statue was toppled in Baghdad in April 2003, many onlookers beat the statue's face with their soles.
Bush laughed off the incident, saying: "It doesn't bother me. If you want the facts, it was a size 10 shoe that he threw".

◎ИLƴ on YOUTUBE - The NUT JOBS!
I was searching for a video showing 'parking' instructions for a friend and of course, came across this video! I call this video The Nut Job because this guy was not only a nut for trying to pull this stunt - but he ended up hurting his nuts in the process!
Check it out!
Then it got me wondering... Are there are other nut jobs out there that have nothing better to do than hurt their nuts? Folks, you have no idea.
Some even claim to be the greatest and are even cunning..
or unpredictable....
or there's the "Kicked in the Nuts World Record Holder" from Canada...
People, there's even a "Japanese Nut Shot Show"....
I'm not really certain how it works but it seems they have to read something like a tongue-twister as fast as they can and if they don't make it or they screw up - you guessed it - they get nut-shot... is there such a word?? Oh well...
or on a more serious note, a Black Belt Karate Kick to the Nuts...
or the guy who unintentionally kicked the opposing player in the leg and nuts yet acting like he was hurt also...
and for those of you who still can't get enough of these nut jobs, here are some compilations...
On second thought, forget it. I've seen enough.
Men, what are you thinking??? My gosh!
Only on Youtube....

◎ИLƴ on YOUTUBE: Olive+Wineglass Puzzler
I was searching for a video regarding 'circular motion' and gravity and stumbled upon this video!
❝Using a wineglass we show the plausibility of transferring an olive to a Martini glass without touching the olive. Here we model the olive first with a ping pong ball (about 4cm in diameter) and then a marble (about 1cm diameter). The experiment performed with an actual olive is left as an exercise.❞
It was pretty cool. Then I discovered another one of their videos which was even better than the one above. Fifteen uncoupled simple pendulums of monotonically increasing lengths dance together to produce visual traveling waves, standing waves, beating, and (seemingly) random motion.
It started off a bit boring but just be patient. The pendulums started moving in awesome directions as if they were being orchestrated. It was almost mesmerizing.... so don't pass out here on me now...
