Mountain Air Makes Weight Loss Automatic!

Women in search of a quick way to shed pounds for swimsuit season might want to head for the hills - literally.

That's the word from researchers at Germany's Ludwig-Maximilians University of Munich, who discovered a surprising link between high altitude and weight loss. In their study, the research team brought 20 overweight volunteers to an elevation of 8,700 feet and instructed them to eat whatever they wanted.
